The meeting pointed out that in recent years, various e-commerce express enterprises have attached great importance to the treatment of plastic pollution and excessive packaging, adopted a large number of practical measures and made positive progress. The "Double 11" is an important online retail node. We should pay close attention to the treatment of plastic pollution and excessive packaging. The meeting emphasized that e-commerce enterprises should earnestly fulfill their corporate responsibilities, strengthen the management of merchants settled in, avoid selling over packaged goods, and promote direct delivery of e-commerce express with original packaging. The delivery enterprise shall detail and limit the over packaging requirements of express delivery, and reduce the over packaging of front-end receiving and sending links through standardized operations. Relevant enterprises should actively innovate governance models, strengthen cooperation with upstream and downstream enterprises, and actively create a social brand of green governance; Increase publicity, guide merchants to reduce the use of disposable plastic products, guide consumers to green consumption, and create a good social atmosphere.
