Recently, the national development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of ecology, economy and environment jointly issued the action research plan for the treatment of plastic pollution enterprises in the 14th five year plan. Scheme
Three main tasks have been deployed:
First, students actively develop and promote the source reduction of the production and use of plastics in China, including enterprises actively promoting the green building design of plastic products, continuously promoting the reduction of the use of disposable plastic products, scientifically and steadily promoting plastic alternative products, etc.
Second, accelerate the standardized recycling and disposal of plastic waste, including strengthening the standardized recycling and transportation of plastic waste, establishing and improving the collection, transportation and disposal system of plastic waste in rural areas, improving the reuse rate of plastic waste and improving the harmless disposal level of plastic waste.
Third, through vigorous development, we focused on the cleaning and remediation of plastic waste in the region, and targeted the tasks of cleaning and remediation of plastic waste in rivers, lakes and seas, tourism and cultural scenic spots and poor rural areas.
It is understood that at present, in the field of consumer goods, the recycling of ordinary beverage bottles accounts for a large proportion, more than 24%, reaching about 3.8 million tons. In order to realize large-scale recycling by enterprises, the first "plastic development road" in China using recycled plastics as raw materials has been put into use in Shanghai. A new polymer composite composed of plastic waste such as more than 6000 milk bottles and asphalt has been used to pave the road. In addition to recycling plastics, another focus of controlling plastic pollution is the use of biodegradable plastics. The traditional polyethylene plastics are non degradable plastics. The new development of degradable bioengineering plastics enterprises can degrade into water and carbon dioxide in the soil.
In Sinopec biodegradable plastics, the staff showed reporters the new process of Z company, which can be used for disposable bulk commodities, plastic bags and agricultural films. It is understood that at present, the price of this new degradable plastic building material is about 18000 yuan per ton, which is nearly twice that of non degradable research materials. We need to further reduce it to the original and promote the application of technology.
The role and significance of plastic recycling is very important. In today's deteriorating situation and the increasing lack of resources, plastic recycling occupies a place. It is not only conducive to environmental protection and human health protection, but also conducive to the production of plastic industry and the sustainable development of the country.
