Our ABL Laminate tubes combines the benefit of all aluminum tube properties with the felxibility of plastic tubes. We uses the most advanced technology to produce a tube with the industry’s most aesthetic minimal seam, providing maximum space for graphics and brand decoration.

Laminate material virtually prevents transfer of light, air and moisture. we also offers a wide variety of graphics and an assortment of sizes and styles. Tubes capabilities diameter small as 1/2 inch (12.7mm) in diameter and large as 60mm.Length ranges from 50mm 50-200mm.

The Laminate Process:

1.Laminate tubes begin as plastic films. we have imported blowing films machines.

2.And then plastic laminated web,it is laminated by PE films and extrusion.

3.Next,printing. Web is printed to your exacting specifications on the finest quality gravure or flxography or silk screen equipment.

4.The printed web is formed into a tubular shape, cut to the desired length to become a “sleeve”. It is then “headed”, joined with a molded shoulder. We can add a tamper evident sealed neck membrane for product protection.

5.Last the tube is capped, inspected and packed. This is a totally integrated system, with the entire package being assembled in line.
