Lamination tubes are 5-layers tubes.
The main barrier material are AL foil and substances in the other 4 layers.And the different PE resins are the next barrier substances.
The surface film and internal film is made mainly of PE.In fact,the PE film also contain other resins in order to achieve the effect of flexiblity,barrier,etc. And so do the extrusion layers.I could not tell what the resins are for it is confidential.
The material and construction I describe above are enough for most pharmaceutical products because this kind of tubes are equipped with very good seal and barrier ability to water,oil,air.Nearly all our pharmaceutical products are lamanated by the above material.
