In August, Baoli Plastic Group launched the DURACIRCLE (TM) program. Baoli Plastics is committed to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050. On August 4th, Dow Corporation (NYSE: DOW), a leading global materials science company, partnered with Chinese dairy giant Mengniu to launch all polyethylene recyclable yogurt packaging bags in the Chinese market. The emergence of this packaging strengthens the commitment of both companies to supporting the development of China's circular economy.

On August 4th, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued a notice on the implementation plan of the Green and Low Carbon Advanced Technology Demonstration Project.

On April 6th, the National Standardization Administration issued the "Provisional Regulations on the Acceptance of Group Standards for Recommended National Standards" (hereinafter referred to as the "Provisional Regulations"), which will come into effect from the date of publication. The Provisional Regulations combine the characteristics of existing recommended national standards and group standards in China, and on the basis of the working mechanism of recommended national standards, smooth channels, simplify procedures, shorten time, and standardize the acceptance of national standards and group standard procedures.

On May 15th, on the first National Ecological Day, the launch ceremony of the "Green Supply Chain Service Enterprise Tour" initiated by the International Economic and Technological Cooperation Center of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology was held in Beijing. Green supply chain experts, industry experts, and enterprise representatives from various fields such as the Public Environment Research Center, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, and the China Material Recycling Association attended the launch ceremony together.

On August 30, China Material Recycling Association (CMRA) was responsible for the preparation of two industry standards, namely, Waste Plastic Recycling Guide and Internet plus+Recycling Service Management Specification, and two association group standard seminars, namely, Waste Plastic Dining Box Quality Grading Evaluation and Acceptance and Waste High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Bottle Brick Quality Grading Evaluation and Acceptance, were held in Hangzhou. This meeting is hosted by the China Material Recycling Association and hosted by Zhejiang Lianyun Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd.
