CNR Beijing, December 12 news on December 11, the Party committee of SASAC held an expanded meeting to seriously convey and study the spirit of the central economic work conference, and study and implement measures in combination with the actual situation of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises. Hao Peng, party secretary and director of SASAC, presided over the meeting and stressed in his speech that we should adhere to the principle of stability and seek progress while maintaining stability, continue to deepen reform, adhere to innovation driven, unswervingly become stronger and better, become a large country with capital and state-owned enterprises, accelerate the realization of high-quality development, and make greater contributions to stabilizing the macro-economic market and maintaining the overall social stability.

The meeting stressed the need to comprehensively, accurately and completely grasp the new arrangements and requirements made by the Party Central Committee for economic work, and earnestly implement them in combination with the actual situation of state-owned central enterprises. We should take promoting the high-quality and stable growth of state-owned central enterprises as the primary goal, study and introduce policies and measures conducive to the stable growth of central enterprises, promote the improvement of quality, efficiency and upgrading of enterprises, and make positive contributions to maintaining the economic operation within a reasonable range. We should accelerate the optimization of the layout and structural adjustment of state-owned capital, focus on the main responsibility and main business, focus on the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries and the development and growth of strategic emerging industries, and constantly enhance the security, stability and reliability of the industrial chain and supply chain. We should scientifically implement the requirements of carbon peak and carbon neutralization, actively make clean and efficient use of coal, go all out to ensure energy supply, so as to better ensure national energy security and meet the living needs of the people. We should strengthen the effective supervision of state-owned capital according to law, support and guide the orderly and healthy development of state-owned capital, protect and develop the common wealth of the people of the whole country, and provide a solid guarantee for the realization of common prosperity. We should adhere to overall development and security, strengthen the management of enterprise production, investment, debt and finance, and firmly hold the bottom line of no major risks.

The meeting decided that the SASAC will hold a meeting of the heads of central enterprises and local SASAC recently to further summarize the work of state-owned assets and state-owned enterprises in 2021 and study and deploy the work tasks in 2022 around the implementation of the spirit of the central economic work conference.
