Teknor apex recently launched a new TPE series product, monprene ® RX cp-15100 series contains 25-35% recycled ingredients, which can help major brands achieve their sustainable development goals.

 
It is understood that monprene Rx cp-15100 series adopts the formula containing PCR (post consumption recycling) components, which not only promotes the circular economy, but also helps to reduce people's dependence on primary fossil resources and fossil energy. With the help of this series of products, various brands can meet the requirements of consumers and regulations for the content of recycled ingredients in their products. These TPEs are supplied all over the world and manufactured all over the world. Their raw materials come from local areas and are purchased according to strict specifications to convert local waste into resources. These materials show uniform luster and natural color, similar to products made of new raw materials.
 
Provide sustainable choices for many categories of products
 
Monprene Rx cp-15100 series provides different standard grades of hardness from 55 to 80 Shore A, and can also be customized according to the specific requirements of customers. These grades are designed for a variety of injection molding applications, including overmolding on polypropylene. The performance and process of these materials are similar to TPE made of new raw materials. They are ideal for personal care products, lawn and gardening tools, writing tools, electrical appliances, sporting goods and pads.
 
PCR components come from waste generated by households or commercial, industrial and institutional facilities. The use of PCR components can help achieve circular economy and create demand for various consumer recycling programs. Not only can plastic waste be reduced by adding monprene Rx to the compound, but also the products manufactured with monprene RX are still fully recyclable at the end of the life cycle.

Monprene Rx cp-15100 series TPE is manufactured in the United States, Singapore and Germany according to ISO-9001 and ISO 14001 standards. It adopts strict formula control and has traceability.

We plan to launch a variety of sustainable products this year, including other types of recycled ingredients, biological based raw materials and carbon negative additives. As our product portfolio continues to grow, we are actively working with various partners in the supply chain." Plisco added.
