#Packing method#

From 2022, the packaging of all goods sold to Germany and France must meet the requirements of the local packaging law.

France: the seller must use the triman logo whether selling the seller's articles, textiles, shoes, tires, electronic products or paper products, print the triman logo on the product package, and introduce in detail the manufacturing materials and processing methods of the product and whether it is recyclable.

As shown in the figure above, in France, all waste packaged with glass should enter the green treatment channel, while ordinary packaging made of non glass should enter the Yellow treatment channel.

The triman logo cannot be less than 6mm. The printing color must be black and white. You can choose color or black and white according to classification. Glass bottles can freely choose whether to print the triman logo.

Note: the official language of the French is French, so if your product complies with the new regulations of the French packaging law, any information about the materials and how to deal with them can help buyers classify garbage. Since this legal obligation is specifically aimed at the French market, the text should also be French. Even on English websites, only English information is not compliant. At the same time, when the seller complies with the triman standard, do not use the form of labeling, because it is easy to fall off, and also does not conform to the provisions of the platform, which is easy to be punished.

Germany: Generally speaking, the environmental protection awareness of European countries is very important, and Germany is no exception. However, compared with France, the packaging law of Germany does not require the printing of product marks to be uniform. However, many sellers will choose to print the marks of the German Packaging Law on the product packaging in order to shorten the distance between consumers, so as to facilitate consumers to deal with the waste of commodity packaging
