Tubes from laminate foil with ABL barrier
The barrier against leakage of volatile substances from tube contents and against oxidation of tube contents is formed from aluminium foil, which is also the carrier of laminated layers of plastic material. This barrier feature gives an advantage to the laminate tubes over plastic tubes that do not possess such a feature.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF ABL TUBES
- ABL – film with aluminum barrier layer is a combination of (outside to inside direction)
- polyethylene 5 layer, co-polymer, AL foil, co-polymer, polyethylene two layer
- coloured printing up to six colours plus varnish
- glossy and matte finish
- hot or cold stamping – gold, silver, colour
- Tamper Evident Safety Seal (TESS)
- ABL can be white, grey or with holographic effect
- Tubes are packed wrapped in PE bag in Top Cap Carton
